Welcome at Mind the Gap

The most dynamic and explosive rollerblade contest around! Mind the Gap is created by rollerblading professional Sven Boekhorst. After years of experience in demonstrations, workshops, endorsing and shows he started the International Mind the Gap contest.

Mind the Gap is an innovative demo/contest. Where skaters perform, and the crowd experiences professional rollerblading Starting from a 3.5 meter high skateramp, jumping over a gap of minimal 3.5 meters and grinding over the MTG slide bar.

Stop 3: WORLD ON WHEELS Eindhoven

Eindhoven was the Dutch rollerblading capitol in the 90’s, this year there will be a revival. On the 12th of September Eindhoven will host a speed skating competition. To show the crowd every aspect of rollerblading Mind the Gap planned the last stop at World on Wheels. The last stop in 2009 was amazing and therefore we will make sure the last event of this years tour will be a Mind the Gap celebration with all the riders, crowd and friends.

The Mind the Gap tour has grown in every aspect this year. A great atmosphere, better skating and more friends enjoying the most incredible rollerblading competition in the Netherlands.
